In this regard, currently in the process of production for each coil of spring work-hardened and tempered has to prepare trial lots coil springs. Taken a kind of «basic» value permanent deformation for basic springs' nomenclature manufactured on this production. During repeat tests for each part individually, value of this deformation is adjusted for each type of spring configuration. To solve this problem was offered method allows to simplify and summarize formulas. Simplification will consist is that all parameters can be arranged in a constant independent parameters that define dimension calculated values and their absolute values in the limit elastic deformation. Commonality of formulas will be reached through the use of these calculated parameters such that are in the plastic region are universal for all materials and all methods of deformation. Investigation of relaxation resistance helical coil springs slow load In mechanical engineering various elastic elements are widely applied. Among a big variety of elastic elements the greatest application in products of mechanical engineering was received by springs. For no-failure and long-term operation in products of responsible appointment, a spring have to possess high operational properties. Thus, important the spring will understand what properties to possess later a certain term of operation, constantly testing loadings. For the solution of this task research was conducted. It consisted in excerpts of screw springs of compression and torsion within 8192 days (~ 22,4 years) under loading. With a certain frequency of a spring unloaded and made control of power characteristics. On the basis of change of the power characteristic it was made about a relaxation of springs during the long period of endurance under loading, and also relaxation firmness spring staly 60C2A and 65C2BA was estimated. A characteristic feature extraction methods stamped with thinning is the availability of parts in the gage variation in wall thickness in the longitudinal and cross-sections, which can be 10-25%, and in some cases exceed these values. The results of studies on the effect of variation in wall thickness and geometry of the working tool on the uneven distribution of the degree of deformation and mechanical properties of the cross section of the stamped parts. The models for the calculation of the mechanical properties of the stamped parts, taking into account the uneven distribution of strain in sections. Actual task is improvement existing and development of new ways of an assessment of quality of the major elements of again erected construction constructions, such as the pile and shpuntovy bases, berthing constructions which characteristic is their inaccessibility. In article possibility of use of a nondestructive method of acoustic issue as one of perspective control methods of remote objects in the course of their device and operation is stated. The analysis of researches on use of a method of acoustic issue as way of forecasting and monitoring of operational properties of products of mechanical engineering and other bearing designs, allows to speak about expediency of development of a technique of an assessment intense the deformed condition of metal elements of bearing designs in the course of their operation. Development of methodology for assessing the relaxation resistance of cylindrical helical compression springs acoustic emission method In machine building constructions are widely applied springs of different types and purpose. Important operational property of the springs is, relaxation resistance, characterizing the ability of a spring to keep the required stiffness in time. Modern methods of estimation of relaxation resistance springs are labor intensive and based on a selective control. In this regard, the importance is the development of new methods of assessment relaxation resistance springs. The interest for this task are non-destructive methods of control and in particular, the method of acoustic emission. The article contains the results of experimental researches of relaxation resistance coil compression springs with acoustic emission support. The study proposed a new method of estimation of relaxation resistance screw springs of compression by the method of acoustic emission. Estimation of parameters of quality of spiral springs made of steel 65C2BA acoustic methods The problem of prediction of change of operational characteristics of stressed parts (springs, fittings and so on) in the process of long-term storage complex as necessary to address, as a rule, long-term, direct observation. Obviously, developers of products suitable already at the stage of R & d to organize scientific and practical solution of such problems, laying the technical requirements all the features of operation details during prolonged storage. Such research is a priority along with the classical tests to study the carrying capacity (creep, relaxation) springs methods prolonged static, cyclic and dynamic load currently being actively developed methods for the assessment of basic operational properties of elastic elements of non-destructive methods, including the method of acoustic emission. In the manufacturing process on the quality of springs is greatly influenced by the quality of the source material. Modern methods of assessing the quality of the source material for springs need to be improved, as are labor intensive, based on a selective control. The interest for this task are non-destructive methods of control and in particular, the method of acoustic emission. The article provides the investigation results of mechanical properties and quality wire for springs with acoustic issuable support. Set in the research process patterns will develop new methods of evaluation of mechanical properties and quality wire for springs. Experimental study of the conditions of stamping on variation in wall thickness at hood with wall thinning on the inner contour In the article the advantages and disadvantages of poorly understood ways hoOds — hoods with wall thinning on the inner contour flange products. Analyzed a way to minimize variation in wall thickness due to the use of composite punch with «free» roller. Experimental studies assessed the effect of strain-effective and clearance between the shaft and the roller on the accumulation of variation in wall thickness. Found that the increase in these parameters for hood with wall thinning on the inner contour leads to accumulation of variation in wall thickness. The conclusions of the recommendations on the appointment of optimum modes of hoods to minimize the variation in wall thickness.
