Syritsky A. B., Boldasov D. D. Phasechronometric system of cutting tool wear monitoring Correlation between tool wear and phasechronometric system measurements results are presented. Current method is considered as a possible alternative to existing tool condition diagnostics methods, whose features are considered and described briefly in work. Short describing of phasechronometric method, main components and operating principles of the phasechronometric system are given. Experimental receipt of measuring information, its mathematical processing and data confirming the ability of cutting process study by phasechronometric method as well as experimental results correlated with lathe tool wear during the cutting treatment at chosen processing conditions are described in this article. Keywords: phasechronometric method, tool wear, turning. Yulmetova O. S., Sherbak A. G., Belyaev S. N., Yulmetova R. F. The device for ion-plasma treatment precision spherical nodes giroinstruments The results of studies on the process of forming an air- foil on the supports of the gas bearing floating gyroscope by ion-plasma treatment are presented. The scheme of the device for ion etching is described, the choice of control factors and relevant parameters of the process of formation of the grooves is discussed. The regularities of the influence of process parameters on the characteristics of ion etching profile are determined. The practical research result are presented. Keywords: gas bearing, ion etching, airfoil contacting plane. Kochergin S. A., Morgunov Yu. A, Saushkin B. P. Mechanism of the surface microgeometry forming under pulse laser influence on material Surface roughness along the measuring track is represented as Furye expansion of the suitable function. Initial error profiles are found. It is conformed that superposition of this profiles forms the total surface microgeometry under pulse laser milling. Specific reasons forming initial error profiles are discussed. Physical model described the microgeometry forming process under pulse laser milling is formulated and confirmed. Keywords: single laser hollow, pulse laser influence, laser marking and milling. Kuznetsov R. V., Gotsiridze A. V., Martynov K. V. Obtaining cast brass forgings LTS40S metalаorming In article experience of receiving a forging from a foundry, copper antifrictional alloy is described by meth- od of stamping of liquid metal. Regularities of change of structure of an alloy and mechanical properties of preparation depending on technology of its receiving are studied. Application of a new dividing covering is described. Keywords: Stamping of liquid metal, piston scheme of pressing, foundry copper alloys, fire-resistant coverings. Girshov V. L. Low-waste production technology of high speed steel tools The structure of the sprayed powders of P6M5 grade received at speeds of cooling 102–106 K/s is investigated. It is shown, that the powders-flakes, hardened at speed of the cooling 106 K/s, have especially dispersion microstruc ture. It is rise density of the cemented parts. The cutting plates were made and tested from of the powders-flakes. The loss factor of the metal is down from 0,6 to 0,1 and the efficient is raise by 25% in comparison with rolled metal. Keywords: sprayed powders, high speed steel, sintering, microstructure. Leontev L. B., Shapkin N. P., Leontev A. L., Toklikishvili A. G. Hardening of the friction surfaces of steel parts tribomodifikatsiey organoneorganicheskimi materials The paper presents the mechanical and tribological properties, roughness and topography of thin-film coat- ings, resulting from 45 different steel tribomodifikatsii organoneorganicheskimi tribological materials, as well as created on the basis of vermiculite composite. Comparative tribological tests revealed that the most promising materials for tribomodifitsirovaniya friction surfaces are na- nostructured steels organoneorganicheskie tribological materials: modified vermiculite and composite based on a modified vermiculite, you always get a minimum coefficient of friction and high wear resistance in a friction coupling at boundary lubrication. Keywords: tribotechnical material, modification, coat- ing, nanohardness, modulus of elasticity, friction, wear. Tashevskiy A. G., Ivanov V. N. The choice of technology of hardening of machine parts We propose a method of analyzing the technology of hardening of machine parts with regard to the efficiency increase of the limits of endurance and its scattering on the basis of the probabilistic nature of loading details. Given probability depending on the choice of technology to consolidation. By comparing, the values obtained with the actual and starting from a given allowable probability of failure of parts is determined by the degree of suitability technology hardening of parts. Method of evaluating various technologies hardening of parts at the production stage or repair will ensure the required level of reliability of the machines in operation. Keywords: technological process, hardening the surface, machine parts, endurance limits details probabilistic characteristics, evaluation criteria, the coefficients of variation. Titov A. V. The effect of heat treatment on the micro- structure of springs for critical applications SA of steel and titanium alloy VT16 In engineering are widely used various elastic elements, in particular springs. The springs for critical applications must meet higher performance requirements. The basic material for the manufacture of springs for critical applications are spring steel (SA, HA), titanium (VT16,VT, TC), heat-resistant Nickel alloys and others. In the manufacturing process of coil springs are heat-treated to obtain required mechanical properties. As a result of various regimes of heat treatment alters the microstructure of a material formed by a certain composition of phases and their sizes. In article results of research of microstructure of helical compression springs made of steel SA (wire diameter 2,5 mm) and a titanium alloy VT16 (wire diameter 2,5 and 4,0 mm) for different regimes of heat treatment. Keywords: springs, titanium alloy, spring steel, micro- structure, heat treatment. Markov A. V., Spiridonov V. V. Automated quality control system for surfaces at the nanolevel The article describes the quality control metrics for surfaces at the nanolevel, such as average linear height of irregularities and its dispersion, inclination and flection of irregularities and their dispersion, area of the apexes of irregularities, as well as concentration of irregularities and its dispersion. For the quality control of surfaces at the nanolevel, a new structure of the automated quality control system is proposed, which includes: the scanning probe microscope (SPM), additive and multiplicative length reference units, and a PC with the specialized software installed on board. The proposed structure is implemented in the test rig. The results obtained during the experimental tests have shown that the margin of error for the proposed automated quality control system does not exceed 160 nm and there- fore corresponds to the requirements of the Russian state verification schedule for linear measurement instruments. Keywords: quality control metrics, nanolevel, automated quality control system. |
