Alexandrov A. S., Vasilkov D. V., Golikova V. V., Kochina T. B. Vibration and electrical diagnostics of machines when processing the main motion drive with friction geomodifiers

The article notes that the experience of using HMT in tribo-conjugation of machine units has shown their high efficiency in reducing energy consumption and increasing the operational characteristics of technological equipment. When testing HMT, of particular interest is the choice of diagnostic methods in the process of developing a methodology for quantifying energy consumption in order to confirm an increase in the efficiency of tribological characteristics in friction pairs based on the use of natural minerals of ultrabasic ultrabasic rocks. The purpose of the research presented in the article is to reduce energy consumption during the operation of metal-cutting machines, the choice and justification of the diagnostic method. The tests were carried out on a 16B16FT1 CNC lathe. Methods of vibration, electrical and functional diagnostics were used. The test results showed a comparable nature of the change in vibration and electrical characteristics, which indicates the possibility of autonomous application of these diagnostic methods when carrying out similar tests of technological equipment.

Keywords: vibration diagnostics, electrical diagnostics, friction geomodifiers, metal cutting machine, energy consumption, tribological characteristics.

Ivanov P. A., Levko V. A. Prospects of abrasive flow machining of the inner surface of bended tubular parts of rectangular section

The article deals with the problem of finishing the inner surfaces of bended tubular parts of rectangular section. The analysis of the technological capabilities of special technologies for the finishing of internal surfaces is carried out. General information, disadvantages and advantages of these methods are presented. As a selection criterion, the uniformity of processing on straight and curved parts of bended tubular parts was taken. The main advantages of the choice of the abrasive flow processing method are substantiated, including as a relatively inexpensive finishing method. A scheme for finishing the inner surfaces of bended tubular parts is proposed. The composition of the working environment has been selected, which allows for uniform processing, including in the corners of a rectangular section.

Evseev D. G., Kulikov M. Yu., Yagodkin M. V., Kulikov Yu. M., Inozemtsev V. E. Electrical stimulation of the mechanical micromachining process

To increase the reliability of threading in small diameter holes (M0,8–M1,4), the use of blade anodic machining is proposed, namely that at the time of processing the hole, an electrolyte solution is supplied, and a direct current is applied to the part with the cutting tool in order to dissolve the shavings directly in the shaving grooves. As a result, in the process of mechanical treatment, the separation process of the shavings from the workpiece and its subsequent anodic dissolution under the influence of an electric field are noticed. In total, this allows to reduce the cutting effort and reduce the resulting cutting moment. Such electrical stimulation of the machining process provides an increase in the productivity of threading of midget diameters by 2,5–6 times.

Maksarov V. V., Klochkov D. A., Brigadnov I. A. Prospects of using magnetic-abrasive finishing to ensure the quality of the surface layer of the synchronizer cone

The article presents an analysis of the prospects for the use of magnetic abrasive finishing of the surface layer of the cone of an inertial synchronizer to ensure its qualitative characteristics. The existing methods of finishing processing are considered and a comparison is made with the existing technology of final processing of the synchronizer cone. Conclusions and recommendations on the use of magnetic abrasive finishing as a finishing operation are made.

Golovkin P. A. Improving the quality of non-magnetic alloy tapes monel type of vacuum melting NMMts 38-2V

One of the main requirements for materials used in the process of manufacturing electric vacuum microwave devices is their stable vacuum density and minimal residual gas evolution in the working area of the device. The indicators of penetration of atmospheric gases and residual gas evolution, as well as the sublimation of undesirable and harmful impurities, must be negligible enough to ensure the operability of the devices for at least 15 years from the date of their manufacture and verification for compliance with technical requirements. Based on the analysis of the nature and reasons for the occurrence of characteristic defects of a strip made of a non-magnetic alloy of the type NMMC 38-2V monel, the article substantiates technological solutions that limit the prerequisites for their development at the stages from the preparation of the initial melt to obtaining a billet for cold rolling. Technological solutions are substantiated in terms of deoxidation, degassing, modification of the initial melt, as well as heat treatment and forging of an ingot into a billet for rolling a strip. Thus, an end-to-end technological process is being built, aimed at ensuring the quality of the finished semi-finished product, taking into account its end use. It should be noted separately that at present there are practically no available sources in which the results of comprehensive studies of the step-by-step influence of certain technological solutions adopted on the quality of the material of the finished semi-finished product used for the manufacture of electric vacuum microwave devices would be cited.

Konovalov A. M., Kugushev V. I., Khudyakov S. S. Comparison of the efficiency of converters during non-destructive testing of the combustion chamber KS-2 of an air-independent power plant

The article presents a comparison of the results of the work of two con-verter designs. This is due to the need to organize non-contact non-destructive testing of parts that are part of large structures. Converters allow such control by exciting the own vibrations of the object of control. The converter of the first type had a mechanical filter of acoustic vi-brations at the input. The converter of the second type had an integrating (summing) element in the form of a twisted spring. The results obtained on the module of an air-independent power plant showed that the first type of converter had a higher sensitivity, but was not suita-ble for automated non-destructive testing. The sensitivity of the second type of converter was lower, but it can be used to organize automated non-destructive testing.

Keywords: natural oscillations, transducers, non-destructive testing, spectrogram.
