The pressure forces of the rod on the stem are determined, causing its bending, which negatively affects the basing of the tool. The calculated schemes of basing and displacement of the tool relative to the axes are constructed. The parameters were calculated for the size of the cross-section of the stem 120– 100 and 120–80 mm in the size range of the length of the guide bars eн = 0,2; 0,3; 0,4; 0,5 m with a stem length of 6 m.

V. Vasiliev, I. P. Nikiforov, E. A. Evgenieva «Increased stiffness and vibration resistance during deep boring»

The article outlines the main methods to improve the rigidity and vibration resistance of boring bars. Bars, based on the principle of creating pre-stressed state by wedge and cone methods, are designed; technologies of their production are proposed. Nomograms for determining minimum outer diameters of one of the bars have been developed. Geometrical parameters of structural elements and pressing forces during their manufacture have been determined.

  1. A. Kuznetsov, V. P. Tretyakov, A. O. Prostorova, D. N. Ivanov «Technology of extrusion of products with cavities of complex shape from sintered materials»

A new technology has been developed for extrusion of products with cavities of complex shape from sintered metal powders. The proposed technology includes pressing of profiled powder blanks with internal cavities corresponding in shape to the cavities of finished products, sintering and final extrusion. Preliminary profiling is effectively carried out by elastostatic pressing. Cold extrusion of the final shape of the cavity and simultaneous compaction of the sintered material can significantly reduce its porosity and, consequently, increase the strength characteristics of finished products.

A review of research in the field of dynamics of technological mechanical systems is carried out in order to responsibly consider the nature of the development of cutting dynamics and the achievements of scientific schools in this field. Since the pre-war period, based on the analysis of bibliographic sources, the development of the science of self-oscillation when cutting with blade tools has been considered. The achievements of the leaders of scientific schools, their students and followers were noted.

The relevance of the work is due to the active increase in interest in game theory as a tool for project management, strategic decision-making in conditions of risk and uncertainty.
