MATERIAL CUTTING Levko V. A., Teryaev N. S., Litovka O. V., Ivanov P. A. Improvement of technology for abrasive flow machining closed channels of complex profile parts The article deals with the problem of non-uniform by abrasive flow machining of the internal surfaces of closed channels. To confirm the causes of non-uniform machining, a visual simulation of the working medium flow process and an experimental study of the process of removing material from the surface layer of closed channels were carried out. The reason for the occurrence of uneven machining, which consists in restructuring the flow profile of the working medium at the inlet and outlet to a closed channel, has been established. To improve the machining of closed channels, a processing scheme with a guide vane and mounting pins is proposed. The composition of the working medium was experimentally selected, which allows for uniform machining with the removal of the original casting skin. Keywords: abrasive flow machining closed channel, roughness, guide apparatus. Kulikov M. Yu., Shevchuk E. O., Florov A. V., Krapostin A. A. Mathematical model of heat transfer during abrasive processing of parts made of polymer-composite materials A mathematical model of heat transfer resulting from the friction of the brush on the surface of the part has been developed, and the radiation equilibrium temperature to which the surface heats up in the absence of cooling of the part has been determined. The novelty of the work: mathematicalcalculations have proved the effectiveness of cooling by supplying a water-air mixture through special channels of the instrument. Keywords: additive technologies, polymer-composite materials, finishing abrasive treatment, water-air mixture, roughness, moisture absorption, heat transfer. Kizhnyaev Yu. I. Controlling the process of deep drilling and boring by varying operating parameters Multifactorial dependences are given for calculating the hole axis drift and tool wear. The law of changing the cutting speed and feed is established, which ensures the elimination of the hole axis curvature. An example of the implementation of the control of the variation of regime parameters is considered. Keywords: deep hole axis withdrawal, selection of operating parameters for deep drilling, lead for control deep drilling. NEW MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGY Grishin M. V., Trushnikov V. E., Rudkovsky Yu. А., Bobin А. А., Bartsaikin А. G. Development of technology of equipment for kt-160g/14g inflammability tests of samples of materials This article considers the construction of the specialized installation and the methods of conducting the qualification tests according to КТ-160G/14G part 26 “Fire, Inflammability”. Keywords: tests, avionics, KT-160G/14G, inflammability, design and development work, article life cycle, technological equipment, aircraft. Maksarov V. V., Efimova M. V., Sinyukov M. S., Romanov P. I. Prospects for the use of magnetic abrasive processing of mating parts of aircraft The article considers the issue of the implementation of magnetic abrasive processing of mating parts of aircraft. The articles used in the design of the fuselage of helicopters, which are connected on the frame by means of rivet seams, are highlighted. The high requirements imposed at all stages of aircraft manufacturing regulate the choice of materials by weight, corrosion resistance and dynamic properties. This approach makes it possible to identify a number of materials that are used in aircraft structures and to propose, based on their physical and mechanical properties, the technology of their final processing before assembly. Keywords: mating parts, assembly joints, aircraft assembly, magnetic abrasive treatment, sheet metal edge, rivet joints, finishing treatment of aluminum alloys. Ryabicheva L. A., Belozir I. I. Effect of porosity and degree of wall thickness of powder billet for the process of burnishing holes The article presents the results of computer simulation of the influence of porosity, the degree of wall thickness, interference with force, the formation of sagging on the ends of the billets during free burnishing. It has been established that with an increase in the degree of wall thickness, the burnishing force of powder blanks increases to a degree of thickness of 2.56, which makes it possible to classify them as thin-walled. The maximum value of the relative density on the inner surface of the billets was obtained. The dependence of the influxes on the ends of the billets on the initial porosity and the amount of interference has been established. The data obtained are recommended to be used in the development of the technology for burnishing porous powder blanks. Keywords: free burnishing, powder porous billet, force, degree of wall thickness, radial displacement, relative density, interference, sagging. Golovkin P. A. On the question of heat treatment of 10864 steel to obtain precise parts of electric-vacuum devices Taking into account the use of electrovacuum devices in the parts of the working area, by analyzing the typical material defects of vacuum-melting steel bars “10864”, additional requirements for its quality, which are absent in the current regulatory documents for the supply of these bars, are substantiated. Keywords: steel, bars, workpieces, precision parts, auto-deformations, internal stresses, annealing, quenching, tempering, hardness, machining, manufacturability, chips. Yulmetova O. S., Shcherbak A. G., Fomichev A. M., Novikov V. I. Analysis of color formation mechanisms and optical properties of thin-film chromium structures The paper presents the results of studies of the optical properties of multilayer thin-film structures. A quantitative assessment of the contrast of a laser pattern formed on the surface of titanium nitride coating before and after deposition of chromium film with nanometer thickness is presented. The fundamental possibility of enhancing the optical contrast in the IR spectrum by depositing a thin-film chromium coating on the laser pattern is revealed. A thermodynamic analysis of topochemical reactions was carried out, which determines the formation of titanium dioxide after laser marking and chromium monoxide after the final deposition of chromium. The practical significance of the work is connected with the possibility of using the presented research results in the manufacturing technology of devices with an optoelectronic read-out systems operating in the IR spectrum. Keywords: chromium, titan, optical contrast, laser marking, coating, read-out system. EXHIBITIONS AND SEMINARS Results of the exhibition „Metalworking-2023“ . |
