Publication Ethics in the journal "BIOTEKHNOSFERA"

The journal is committed to follow the international standards of publication ethics (http://publicationethics.org).

  1. Obligations of an author.
    1.1. The author confirm that he is the copyright owner of exclusive rights to the transmitted editions of the article.
    1.2. In the case of co-authorship, all persons who have made a significant contribution must be identified, and those who did not participate in the work on the subject are unacceptable.
    1.3. The author guarantees that the articles submitted to the editorial board have not previously been published and are not under consideration in other journals.
    1.4. The author guarantees that the submitted articles are originals, bibliographic references with obligatory indication of authorship and the source are prepared for borrowed fragments.
    1.5. The author guarantees that the results provided in the article are reliable. Erroneous or falsified messages are not allowed.
    1.6. The author should disclose conflicts of interest that may affect the evaluation and interpretation of their manuscript, as well as indicate in the manuscript the sources of financial support for the project (grants, government programs, projects, etc.).
    1.7. The author guarantees observance of copyright norms; materials protected by copyright can only be reproduced with the permission of their owners.
    1.8. In case of presentation of claims or claims for protection of copyright by third parties (authors, other rightholders or their representatives), connected with violation of the exclusive rights to the article by the Author, the Author undertakes to provide access to necessary documents, persons. If as a result of presenting such claims or claims arising from the fault of the Author, the Publisher will incur losses (fines, compensations, expenses for representatives), all such damages shall be reimbursed at the expense of the Author.
  1. Obligations of the Editorial Board.
    2.1. The editors evaluate the materials received for publication based on the principle of unbiased attitude to race, gender, ethnic origin, citizenship, political views of an author.
    2.2. Reviewing and publishing articles is free of charge.
    2.3. The editorial office conducts a one-sided "blind" review of all articles received. The editorial staff does not take into account the reviews provided by the authors of the article together with the manuscript materials.
    2.4. The editorial staff of the journal selects referees competent in the scientific field that is mentioned in the article and does not give a conflict of interest.
    2.5. The editors undertake not to disclose information about that material to anyone else, except for the author, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial staff.
  1. Obligations of the reviewer.
    3.1. The term for writing a review is one month. The extension of the period is allowed in agreement with the editorial staff.
    3.2. The reviewer undertakes not to disclose information on the submitted materials.
    3.3. The reviewer does not have the right to use the materials of an unpublished manuscript in his own studies without the written consent of the author. The reviewer is obliged to refuse to examine the manuscript, in connection with which he has a conflict of interest because of competitive, joint or other relations with the author or organization related to the manuscript.
    3.4. Articles that receive a negative opinion are rejected, a motivated refusal is sent to the author. In case of disagreement of the author with the opinion of the reviewer, the manuscript is transferred to another independent reviewer. Controversial articles are discussed at the meeting of the editorial board (every 3 months).
    3.5. If it is necessary to finalize the article based on the results of the review, the author sends a new version of the article to the editorial office and is re-reviewed by the same reviewer who makes the final decision.
    3.6. The reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal for five years.
