Musikhin S. F., Alexandrova О. A., Luchinin V. V., Maksimow A. I., Matjushkin L. В., Moshnikow V. А. Sensors based on metal and semiconductor colloid nanoparticles for biomedicine and ecology The review article introduces to sensors, including biosensors based on colloidal metal and semiconductor nanoparticles. Mechanisms of these sensors with sensitive biological agents (nucleic acids, antibodies, antigens, etc.) to detect DNA, bacteria, glucose and other biologically important components are considered. Sensors are considered for determination of heavy metals and toxic organic compounds. Sensors use quantum dots, metal nanoparticles and their complexes as a means of obtaining desired signal detection. An example of a lab on chip which uses colloidal metal and semiconductor nanoparticles is made. Keywords: biosensor, quantum, dots, lab-on-chip, surface plasmon resonance, sensor.
Postnow V. N., Koroljov D. W., Galagudza M. M., Postnow D. V. Nanosensors in biology and medicine: structure and future applications Nanosensors are ultrafine probes produced with use of nanotechnological principles and nanomaterials, including the components with the dimensions of less than 100 nanometers. In this review, we consider the structure and principles of detection by carbon- and silica-based nanosensors, metal- and metal oxide-based nanosensors, as well as the optical and biological nanosensors. Both the examples of nanosensor application for high-sensitive detection of biomolecules and the perspectives of nanosensor technology development are also discussed. Keywords: silica, biomolecule detection, nanosensors, surface plasmon resonance, carbon nanotubes.

Mathushkin L. В., Alexandrova О. A., Maximov A. I., Moshnikov V. A., Musikhin S. F. Synthesis of luminescent semiconductor nanoparticles in polar and non-polar solvents Basic characteristics of colloidal semiconductor nanoparticles synthesis for applications in biology and medicine are considered. The methods and features of synthesis of luminescent nanoparticles in polar and non-polar media are described. Typical changes of absorption and photoluminescence spectra for chalcogenides and oxides of metals depending on the size of nanoparticles are presented. It is shown that colloidal quantum dots can be efficient fluorophores. Keywords: quantum dots, semiconductor nanoparticles, lead chalcogenide, photoluminescence.

Kwashnjova К. V., Iljukhina W. A., Kryghanowskiy Е. V., Chistow A. V. Near-infrared topography and spectroscopy in the study of brain activity This article provides an overview of noninvasive research methods of brain activity with near-infrared spectroscopy . The history of development and application of such methods are given in article. An overview of the state of research on the basis of near-infrared spectroscopy techniques was done. Conclusions about existing methods and further possible ways of developing methods NIRS are done. Keywords: spectroscopy, brain, optorithmograph, IR radiation, brain monitoring, near infrared spectroscopy.
Dunajev А. V., Drjomin V. V., Gherebtsov E. Palmer S. G., Sokolowskiy S. G., Rafailov E. U. of individual variability of parameters of laser flue diagnostics We aimed to assess individual variability of parameters of endogenous marker fluorescence (NADH, FAD, etc.) measured by fluorescent spectroscopy (FC) in situ and analyses the factors that lead to a significant scatter results. Blood volume significantly impacts FC data, establishing that the distribution function of values of the fluorescence intensity and fluorescence contrast ratio for most of the studied biomarkers is a function of the normal distribution. Keywords: biomarker, individual variability, noninvasive laser fluorescence diagnostics, distribution function.

Buzhilova A. P., Potrakhov N. N., Potrakhov E. N., Gryaznow A. Yu. The analysis of markers of stress by the method of a microfocal roentgenology (on data of Stone Age anthropological materials) The algorithm of the scientific analysis of human fossil remains developed by collective allowed expanding with a method of a digital roentgenology considerably a framework of modern Russian paleoantropological researches. Authors conducted pilot researches for the analysis of various pathologies and age changes on a material of human fossil remains. Results of approbation of a method of a microfocal roentgenology are given in the analysis of markers of stress in bone and tooth of human remains. The occurrences of a stress given about frequency are important at reconstruction of everyday life style of ancient people. so, application of this method is very actually. Keywords: Harris lines, marker of physiological stress, microfocus roentgenology, palaeoanthropology, enamel hypoplasia. Biomedical Informatics
Alpatov А. V., Wichrov S. P., Zorin R. A., Lapkin М. М. The method of fluctuation analysis of EEG for monitoring of operator s stress The possibility of using method of fluctuation analysis to assess the stress state of the operator according to the EEG is discussed. The variant of construction of portable EEG recording using occipital leads is suggested. The effects of the fluctuation curve crossovers EEG and areas with different scaling properties are identified. Quantitative criteria of changes in the structural complexity of the EEG signal in the form of local scaling factors are proposed. Keywords: crossover, fluctuation analysis, purposeful activities, electroencephalography, DFA. |
