Technical Support For Dental Care
Vasilyev A. Y., Petrovskaya V. V. Possibilities of a microfocal radioviziography in an assessment bone structure and osteoplastic material in experiment.
In stomatologist's practice radiovisiography is the main X-ray method in specifying the state of teeth. Experimental justification of the abilities of X-ray appliances in visualization of bone tissue structure and osteoplastic materials is provided. The research was held with the use of wall-type radiovisiograph and portable X-ray stomatological appliances. The advantages if portable microfocus radiovisiograph «Pardus-Stoma», which exceeds its analogs in technical and diagnostic abilities in visualising bone structure and osteoplastic material, are described.
Keywords: microfocal radidography, imaging of trabecular bone structure, portable X-ray device.
Goloshchapov D. L., Lenshin A. S., Seredin P. V. Studies of the fluorescence of dental hard tissues with caries microareas
It is shown that microareas of dental hard tissues where the curiosity develops due to disorientation of apatite crystals have higher fluorescence yield than the area of the intact enamel. These areas can be easily detected even before the stage of deep demineralization (white spot stage) for the case of irreversibly changed organomineral complex and intensive removal of the mineral component. The approach proposed in the paper may be the basis for a new approach to caries diagnosis.
Keywords: hydroxyapatite, demineralization, carious-affected human dental enamel, hard tooth tissues.

The article based on an analysis of the clinical — ray examination 78 patients with trauma and posttraumatic deformities of the walls of the orbit identified opportunities multislice computed tomography in the control of surgical treatment using bone grafts and implants nonbiological origin. The characteristic signs of MDCT implants and grafts used in the plastic bottom wall of the orbit. The data obtained allow us to recommend multislice computed tomography for postoperative control of plastic deformation defects and wall sockets.

Panoramic of microfocus X-ray is a highly informative method of diagnostics of diseases of the teeth in conscripts. X-ray diagnosis of dental system made 300 recruits with microfocus X-ray diagnostic apparatus «Pardus-02» Technical and operational characteristics of the device «Pardus-02» can be successfully used it in organizing and conducting radiological surveys in the dentist's troops. Pshchelko N. S., Shappo S. E. The use of processed surfaces to improve the adhesion to the metal parts of dentures
Possibilities of a rough metal surface use in stomatologic prosthetics are discussed. Advantage of use of rough and porous surfaces of metal artificial limbs for implant manufacturing and for increase of adhesion of facing coverings is shown. The way of modification of a surface of metal is developed — the metal surface turns out rough and even porous that is a basic difference from sandblasting which does not result in pore formation. Prospects of research of electret effect influence on quality of tooth prosthetics are shown.
Keywords: dentures, metal framework, implant, rough surface, adhesion, electric field, ceramics, plastic, composites, facing.
Seredin P. V., Goloshchapov D. L., Lenshin A. S., Al-Zubaidi Asaad Abdulhussein Research of DEMINER-ALIZATION of hard tooth tissues affected by dental caries
Investigations of the intact dental enamel as well as carious-affected human dental enamel were performed in the work with the use of IR-spectromicroscopy and X-ray diffraction applying synchrotron radiation. Caries of enamel was shown to be characterized by an increase of the number of deformation and valence vibrations for N — С — О, N — H and C=O bounds, decrease of crystallinity index and by the absence of the preferable orientation of hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals within the affected enamel. It indicates the presence of the destructive processes in the organic matrix of hard tooth tissues.
Keywords: hydroxyapatite, demineralization, carious-affected human dental enamel, hard tooth tissues.
Tikhonov E. P. The state and prospects of theoretical and experimental investigations of the morphology of the hard tissue of teeth. Part III: the Mathematical description and the result of the experiment
In accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraphs of articles published in [1] and [2], on the basis of the electrometric method of research is substantiated and derived a mathematical model of the structure of hard tooth tissues (TTZ). The developed model describes the structure of TTZ at the established patterns of distribution channels in the dentin. The use of modeling to estimate the model parameters by results of experiments for a particular tooth, according to the developed model, requires separate consideration.
Keywords: electrometric method, slice tooth, structure hard tissues of the tooth, mathematical model, identification, experiment.
Sangaeva L. M., Vasilyev Y. A., Volodina E. I., Ulyanova V. A. Comparative analysis of the doses of radiation exposure during studies of the maxillofacial region.
Objective effective doses of radiation of patients during x-ray studies should be obtained only on the basis of measurements of multiplication of dose and area. Effective doses resulting from the study were lower than specified in the regulations and calculated based on DLP (Dose Length Product). Radiographic rooms should be equipped with dosimeters. Diagnostic methods should be chosen in order to minimize radiation exposure to the patient. Semyonova O. V., Petrov V. A., Trushkin E. V., Haustov A. I. Development of the method for determining the flow rate in closed microchannels of bioreactor for cells cultivation on the orbital station
The object of the work was to determine the basic physical parameters of pulsatile liquid flow in closed microchannels (height 100 um, width 500 urn) of bioreactor for cells cultivation on the orbital station board. Experiments were conducted on a specially designed stand. This allowed to take into account the pulsating nature of the fluid flow in the channels and enabled to determine the speed and flow rate in closed channel by nondirect -method. According to the data from the pressure sensors integrated into the flow-through microchannel, the fluid flow rate and speed were determined. It was shown that flow in microchannels was different in opposite directions. Characteristic of the pressure losses at the site of microchannel from the flow rate allowed flow rate determination in the closed micro-channel for any mode of bioreactor operation. The methodic error was ±5%.
Keywords: flow rate, micro-channel, bioreactor, pressure losses.

There was presented a prototype of the portable device for individual use, which implements the developed method of studying the mechanisms of emergence of the body conditions, which are dangerous for human health by detecting violations of adaptive physiological responses. It monitors temperature, heart rate, respiratory activity, galvanic skin resistance with special wearable clothes with sensors. Limits of the person's condition norm are calculated based on parameters obtained for a certain past period from the current time, which allows to continuously adjust the limits of the current norm.
