Luchinin V. V. Interdisciplinary platform «Biotechnosphere»
Within the framework of implementing a priority scientific and educational direction of activity «Technologies of superiority and education for the next generation of human capital» Saint-Petersburg electrotechnical university «LETI» formed a Program of ensuring a global competitiveness of the university in the sphere of cross-cutting technologies, innovative production and professionally oriented educational services. One of the fundamental subject blocks is the platform «Biotechnosphere».
Keywords: biotechnosphere, interdisciplinary investigations, educational process, community health.
Karasev V. A. Construction of marker protein ligands for diagnosing myocardial infarction on the of basis complementarity
In order to develop ligands for marker proteins (myoglobin, creatine phosphokinase and troponin) of myocardial infarction for diagnostic microarray we performed analysis of the spatial structure of such proteins. The following ligands we proposed: amino acid sequence from 69 to 78 for myoglobin; a fragment of troponin T containing amino acids from 223 to 260 for troponin. For creatine phosphokinase a crosslinked heterodimer was proposed to be used an entire ligand attached to the substrate. Proposed ligands are being tested experimentally in microchips making.
Keywords: design of ligands, the principle of complementarity, marker proteins, microchips, diagnosis of myocardial infarction.

The development stages of optical fluorescence microscopy techniques are overviewed. The methods that provide nanoscale resolution are described: 4Pi-microseopy. STORM, STED, PALM and techniques based on Forster resonance energy transfer. The classification of the fluorophores and their comparison with colloidal quantum dots m terms of applications in biology and medicine are presented.
Keywords: laser scanning optical microscopy, high-resolution fluorescence microscopy, colloidal quantum dots, phosphors, photodynamic therapy.
Gareev K. G. Colloidal nanoparticles based on de coated silica for biomedicine
The paper considers practically significant features of the magnetic nanoparticles based on iron oxide. Experimental results of colloidal solutions «iron oxide-silicon dioxide» studies are presented. Internal structure of the nanoparticles are determined. On the basis of netic characteristics measurement the presence of several modifications of the iron oxide leading to a decrease of the magnetic moment has been suggested.
Keywords: magnetic composites, solgel method, colloids, nanoparticles, nuclear magnetic resonance, magnetic hysteresis, aggregative stability.
Muratova E. N. Micro- and nanosized 3D-ordered capillary matrix based on anodic alumina
Systematic ordering of the main technological parameters, which determine the artificial formation and self-formation of porous membranes based on alumina with specified structural-geometrical and topological parameters of micro- (5—20 mm) and nanopores (20—220 nm) — capillaries is performed. The technology of creating a growth platform for biomedical express diagnostics of pathogenic bacteria using capillary nanoporous membranes is proposed. It was shown that the created nano-porous material has properties of IR-radiation shielding in the spectral range from 8 to 14 microns, which corresponds to the spectral region of thermal radiation of biological objects. Fabricated free nanoscale capillary mask - membranes based on anodized aluminum foil, provide localized transport of high energy charged ions with experimentally established transmission coefficient more than 60 %. Zitnina T. M., Gvozdev J. A., Shirinian T. V. Laborato-ries-on-a-chip: current state of the art
An analytical review of scientific papers on the topic «Laboratory-on-a-chip» published within the period of 2011-2014 years is presented. Classification of publications has been made according the type of problems solved, according to countries of author's affiliation. The most interesting publications are discussed.
Keywords: laboratory-on-a-chip, biosensor, portable diagnostic devices, organs on-a-chip, cell technologies.
Afanasyev P. V., Bokhov O. S., Luchinin V. V. Flexible printing electronics cluster
Technologies of superiority (that is unforeseen, crosscutting, extreme technologies) are characterized by group of related definitions — «interdisciplinary», «convergent», «bionic», «cognitive», «atomic and nanosized», «quantum and informational», «spin wave». The purpose of the article is presentation of a new scientific and technological basis for creating micro- and nanotechnics production (pic. 1) that is formed by Saint-Petersburg electrotechnical university «LETI». The idea of it is based on flexibility, and (or) substratum tridimensionality, heterogeneity or convergence of the employed compositions and a multidisciplinary organic-inorganic interface.
Keywords: micro- and nanotechnics, flexible printing electronics, cluster, prototyping, production.
