Achievements in the development of nonlinear optical techniques have led to the development of modern non-invasive diagnostic methods allowing conduct research as an ex vivo and in vivo. In this review, the basic principles of nonlinear optical methods for microscopic diagnosis and their use in biomedical research are presented. The principles and methods of two-photon fluorescence and generation of the second and third harmonics are considered.

We made an immuncytochemic markering of DNA and tubulin proteins of early Danio rerio (Teleostei) embryo deep cells. As a fluorescence agents a GFP and DAPI were used. A samples confocal study with the use of morphology structure analyzing software shown the affectivity of this method for fine detecting of cells populations proliferative pool, which used as biotesting test-reaction.

In this article the authors describes current approaches to the construction of devices (test-objects) for control of technical state of laser Doppler flowmetry monitors. Proposed a new principle of construction of these devices based on light-emitting diodes. Creating a new test object for wide use in medical institutions will solve the problem of sharing method LDF and its metrological support.

Zherebtsova A. I. Assesment of the relationship between blood microcirculation and skin temperature parameters under occlusion test
The paper presents the research of blood microcirculation and skin temperature reaction for region of distal phalanges on occlusion of brachial artery for healthy volunteers. A quantitative description and physiological interpretation of transient processes that occur during the occlusion test is proposed. It is formulated conclusions about possibity of calculated parameters application in evaluation of the functional state of microvasculature.

At the present time only medicamentous methods are used for reduction blood sugar degree in clinical medicine. It occurs by invasive way through injection of insulin with the use of simple syringe or special dosing device. Also there are methods of automatic insulin delivery with the help of electronic implantable or wearable biotechnical systems, which allow the diabetic patient to feel relaxed and comfortable regardless of ability to make the necessary injection. Nonmedicamentous method of impact directly on the pancreas with the use of special low energy magnetic fields is proposed in this article. The purpose of this impact is intensification of insulin production and as a consequence reduction of blood sugar degree.

Original results of radiographic researches of quality of seeds of vegetable cultures are given. Some characteristic defects and damages of internal structure of the seeds influencing their viability are defined and described. It is shown that the radiographic control method is irreplaceable in the express analysis of quality of seeds.

Focus functions based on Gradient, Laplacian, Standard Deviation, Index of Informativeness and Contrast Measure based on Squared Laplacian for dental X-ray panoramic systems were investigated. Focus function was selected. Results may be applied in autofocus algorithms for dental X-ray panoramic systems.
