The reliability of the methods of control to a large extent determined by their simplicity, versatility and obtaining reliable information on the researched objects and the properties of external influences. Well-known methods of evaluation processes of machining do not provide complete information about running processes, and does not fully reveal their potential, so their use in the automated systems of management and control is limited. Investigation of diffusion and the amount of gas formed, development of mathematical models that reflect the diversity of the processes, and hardware control is important.

Zotov A. V., Drachev O. I. Estimation of wear resistance sliding elements finished by cladding

Studied the effect cladding processing of iron products by a flexible tool for their durability. The evaluation of the influence of the thickness of coatings formed the durability of the treated samples. The data of X-ray microanalysis of formed coatings structure. It is shown that the cladding processing method of products by flexible tool for coating thickness of 3.5-6 mkm allows an average increase of 3 times the wear resistance.

Ardashev D. V. Thermo-fluctuation mechanism of wear of abrasive grain during grinding processes

The article contains the results of theoretical researching of wear of abrasive grain from positions of the kinetic theory of durability of a firm body. The model contains parameter of tension in the abrasive grain. For its definition the model of interaction of single abrasive grain with processed material by a method of solid elements was developed. It allowed to receive the amounts of tension in abrasive grain during the cutting process at various condition - various materials, degree of blunt of abrasive grain, processing modes etc. The durability of an abrasive material for various technological operating conditions of a grinding circle is defined.

Naumov A. G., Radnyuk V. S, Razumov A. A., Osipov N. N. Application of carbon nanotubes as cutting fluid components

The article states the results of the analysis for feasibility of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as cutting fluid com­ponents during turning and drilling. The researches have shown that the CNTs' beneficial effect on the cutting process characteristics and the tool life is evidenced at their specific concentration in the oil media. The best results have been obtained when the CNTs with triboactive matters, which initiate the chain-radical reactions in the contact zone of the tool and cutting materials, are used as cutting fluid components.

Pereversev P. P., Popova A.V. Analytical modeling of the relationship the cutting force at internal grinding with the basic technological factors

The paper presents a model of cutting forces in internal grinding, taking into account the relationship of the cutting forces with processing modes (radial and axial flow, the speed of the workpiece and the grinding wheel) and the main technological factors (physical and mechanical properties of the metal being ground, the geometrical parameters of the contact area of the grinding wheel and the workpiece, the characteristic of the grinding wheel, the degree of blunting etc.). The results of the experiments, confirming the accuracy of the model, are presented.

Poletayev V. A., Chernov P. K. Research of magnetic tumbling in the magnetic abrasive device

We consider the general structure of the installation and the principle of magnetic tumbling details. The results of the finishing machining of non-ferrous alloys. Parts are used in the polishing of the magnetic fields produced by the permanent magnets of different shapes and different materials, as well as lubricating and cooling medium of different compositions.

The presented method of finishing machining of non-ferrous metals can significantly improve the quality of their surfaces.

Duradji V. N. Features of setting of electrodynamic mode used for metal polishing in the electrolyte plasma

The paper presents the results of experimental studies, conducted with the purpose of study of modes which are set on the active electrode during the passing of electric current in the system metal-electrolyte. It was shown that with increasing in voltage in the electrodes of electrolyte bath, after the heating mode the electrodynamic mode and mode of contact electric discharge are set, which could be used for metal polishing.

In the present article the questions of increase of characteristics of constructional and tool materials on the basis of technology of synthesis of products are considered by an electronic beam which opens new opportunities for composite materials creation from granules of a various chemical composition, including from granules of chemically active metals; to receiving materials with the programmed structure and in advance predicted characteristics.
