In work the technique of control of temperature fields in the air-gas environment near to sources of thermal radiation for the purpose of definition of optimum expenses of various energy sources and prevention of overheats of boiler installations or separate units is presented. The given way allows to carry out continuous control over thermal processes. The way of contact-less definition of temperature shows that as the information environment use the gases which measurement of concentration allows to define temperature of the air-gas environment. Maksarov V. V. Simulation of the process of chip-based rheological properties of metals The paper discusses the modeling of chip formation in cutting process. The analysis of complex rheological models, which allowed us to make assumptions and rationale in the formation of hypotheses the process of chip formation. Studies have shown that most fully reflects the process of chip formation with regard to plastic deformation and fracture of metal in the local area rheological model in the form of a serial connection pro-grammatically relaxing environment Ischlinski (reflecting the initial deformation of the metal cutting layer) and environment Feuchte with two elastic-dissipative elements (reflecting the deformation and friction descending chips). The obtained complex rheological model that was the basis for the construction of an adequate dynamic model of the process of chip formation. Features of formation of wear resistant cermet coating on the friction surfaces of steel parts The effect of modifying the steel 40X vermiculite and its composites on tribological characteristics of friction pair «steel 40X — friction-ny material,» a comparison of rates of wear tracks with vermiculite in litetrafto-retilenom (PTFE), vermiculite, followed by modification of PTFE, and vermiculite, modified chitosan polifenilsi-loksanom and vermikulit-molded treated with hydrochloric acid. We investigated the wear rate of steel in three stages: first — the application of tribological composition on the friction surface (3 min). The second — the formation of the covering-ment (60 min), the third — triboispytaniya (180 min). In addition, a comparison was made of PTFE with vermiculite modified PTFE. It is shown that the introduction of PPS on the surface of the vermiculite leads to a sharp drop in the rate of wear on the second and third stages. The analysis of the oil in the stages of formation of the coating and in the process triboispyta-ny. We investigated the mechanical and topographical characteristics of the films on the top-of friction. The best results were obtained for coatings after treatment tribo-technical composition containing polifenilsiloksanom.
