Features of development of contactless ECG systems are considered. Results of experiments with three options of prototypes of contactless ECG systems are given. The problems arising while receiving an ECG without direct contact with skin of the person, and also methods of their resolution are analyzed.

Polosin V. G., Balahonova S. A., Bodin O. N., Rahmatullov F. K. Using entropy of thermodynamic and information processes in a non-invasive heart conditions’ diagnosis

 

In this paper the problem is viewed of obtaining quantitative information about the condition of the heart in the monitoring of the electrophysiological characteristics. On the basis of ideas about the relationship of the thermodynamic and informational processes proposed algorithm research and analysis of the dynamic system of the human heart. The monitoring process is carried out record the series of sorted countdowns of electrocardiosignal (ECS) during one cardiac cycle. There was worked a statistical regression model for the series of sorted countdowns based on an assessment of the change in entropy of information processes at one cycle of ECS. The results of modeling given at their interrelation with the real ECS.

Krivonogov L. Yu., Papshev D. V. The enhancement algorithms for accurate ecg signals processing

 

The target of the article is to enhancement the noise reduction algorithms in ECG signals based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD). An algorithm truncated empirical mode decomposition proposed, which allows ECG signals filtering to real-time. Rank detector proposed to use for analysis of the empirical modes and detection informative intervals of ECG signals. Determining the level of interference on uninformative intervals empirical modes to improve the accuracy of calculation of the threshold value. Nonnegative Garrote is selected as a threshold function. The structure of the subsystem noise suppression is presented. Virtual instrument LabVIEW designed for optimization algorithms.

The magnetoelectric system for stimulation of the hematopoiesis allows for research in this area. Moreover, it has prospects for its further application in rats for data collection of the results on the different frequencies, as well as in further experiments on dogs and humans. The developed system design for stimulate hematopoiesis may find practical applications for the treatment of anemia. Additionally, it can be used to compensate for age-related changes of the animal and man.

The present article contains research materials in the study of current problems of work physiology related to extreme activities: how to enhance physical capabilities under submaximal exercise conditions. The efficacy of Metaprot, a classical actoprotector, was compared to the efficacy of Pinealon, a bioregulating peptide. The comparison was made by using animal models and by analyzing the dynamics of physiological, haematological, and biochemical measurements obtained in the course of a ten-day training in accordance with the treadbahn “run to failure” method.  The obtained results have proven efficacy of Pinealon, which is comparable to the one of Metaprot, that makes it possible to assume that bioregulating tropeptides have actoprotector properties.

The biodegradability of nanoparticle material and the rate of its bioelimination is very important characteristic of nanoparticlulate drug carriers. In this study, the in vitro biodegradation of iron oxide (magnetite) nanoparticles was studied. It was shown that magnetite undergoes slow deg­radation when exposed to the electrolites in Krebs–Henseleit buffer, which resulted in the release of iron into the buffer. Further studies are needed to address the issue of iron oxide nanoparticle degradation.

Volosnikov K. O. Nanoliter liquid dispensing technologies used in modern automatic laboratory processes

 

Automatic liquid handling is a common technique for modern high-throughput laboratories. In different types of experiments in high-throughput screening liquid biosamples frequently have to be transferred between different containers or dispensed onto surfaces. The sample volume is in nanoliter scale so dispensing techniques have to deal with surface tension forces. Consequently, there is a strong demand for nanoliter liquid dispensing technologies that could be used in different types of laboratory experiments. In this article, the current nanoliter liquid dispensing technologies for modern high-throughput laboratory processes are surveyed.

Reviewed the monitoring and diagnosis of the technical options smart trainers respiratory musculature. Using the information approach and considering the features of construction of biotechnical systems, the required parameters are defined diagnosis. The structural and algorithmic way of self-diagnosis, which increases fault tolerance respiratory simulators by providing system recovery in the event of disturbances caused by the failure of nutrition, as well as monitoring and timely forecasting of the actuator.

Rybochkin A. F., Bartenev A. A. Visualization of the life processes to bee families on base of the analysis of the distribution by thermal fields in the hive

 

In this article examines the possibility of using computer tools to visualize the life processes of life of bee families on the basis of the analysis of thermal processes in the hive on the monitor screen. Considered monitor the distribution of thermal fields in the hive using thermocouple grid, mathematical models of calculation of temperatures in a matter of values of thermal stresses in the nodes thermocouple grid. The proposed software modeling visualization stages of development of bee brood, and also congestion of bees during their wintering grounds. This method of visualization will bring the work of the hives on real apiary, replacing them with virtual models. Without opening a real bee nests, a beekeeper with the use of virtual models can lead monitoring of bee families on the distribution of thermal fields in the hive. During wintering in relation to the virtual walls of the hive way of visualization allows to track the movement of bee accumulations in real hive, and in the summer to visualize bee frame, which is a bee brood.

This article describes the analyzes of the protective properties of modern packaging materials, perspective for packing cereals. Three types of multilayer packages were tested, including the Cryovac® vacuum packaging. It is shown that the use of polymeric composite materials having improved barrier properties and the use of vacuum allows to appreciably reduce the rate of rise of fat acid in a buckwheat.
