The article presents the results of studies on the effect of skin melanin on recorded laser Doppler flowmetry signals in individuals with different levels of the molecule. This employed the regis-tered and statistically processed parameters of microcirculation. Simulation of the scattering and absorption contribution in the total attenuation of the probe radiation was conducted on the basis of known optical properties of human tissues by adding different a content of melanin.

In article the principles of a modern technique of the integrated control of an electromagnetic situation are considered. It is noted that when using modern techniques of measurement of intensity of a magnetic field, and also the existing normative documents it isn’t always possible to define admissible time of stay of the person in various zones of rooms with several sources of electromagnetic radiations that complicates development of ways of the organization of workplaces and actions for improvement and improvement of working conditions. Therefore there is a need of modernization of a technique of definition of admissible time of stay of people for a zone of influence of an electromagnetic field, including magnetic field, by expansion of controlled range of frequencies and definition of the most dangerous components of electromagnetic radiations.

Bondareva L. A., Sukhanova M. V. Assessment the possibility of applying of methods of functional diagnostics plants for solving the problems of ecological monitoring

When conducting environmental monitoring comprehensive assessment of the environment can be it carried out by examining the state of the objects of plant origin. Plants are considered as an indicator of the state of the environment, reflecting the changes taking place in it. Level of functioning of the plant or of its separate systems, as well as the degree of its adaptation to the conditions of existence are evaluated using the methods of functional diagnostics. These methods are applicable to solve various problems, being developed for several decades however at the moment does not exist of their classification allowing both to analyze and assess the prospects for application of different groups of methods to solve problems of environmental monitoring. In the article carried out the selection of classification criteria based on which developed a classification of methods of functional diagnostics of plants, as well as presents an analysis of methods for each group.

Application of a microfocal X-ray analysis for the analysis of fruits and seeds of some species of apple-trees allowed to reveal that in new conditions of growth not all types form fruits which have seeds. It is confirmed that use of a microfocal X-ray analysis allows to select quickly the seeds which are the most executed and not struck with wreckers and to use them for the subsequent crops and receiving bigger number of shoots. Were shown the prospects of the method in detecting problems with seeds collected during introduktcion works.

The technical system to stimulate the brain and memory fields of the hippocampus with the aim of rehabilitation in the period after stroke enables scientific research and experiments on non-invasive stimulation which affects the activity fields of the brain through light, color and sound of different intensity and frequency which is multiple of different rhythms of the brain. The developed bioengineering system may find its practical application in the rehabilitation and restoration of the former fields of activity of the brain memory of patients after stroke or cerebral infarction.

Novikova I. N., Dremin V. V., Dunaev A. V., Krupatkin A. I., Sidorov V. V. The possibilities of application of the wavelet analysis of the oscillations of parameters of the microcirculatory-tissue system during cold pressor tests on the fingers

In the article we evaluated the possibility of using different methods of analysis of signals of laser Doppler flowmetry and tissue reflectance oximetry in the study of oscillations of parameters of the microcirculatory-tissue system before and after the cold pressor tests on the fingers. We conducted the experimental study and evaluated the results. The data revealed that the use of spectral analysis and adaptive wavelet transform allows for the tracing of the change dynamics of parameters of the microcirculatorytissue system and quantified adaptive changes in the blood microcirculation systems after the stress tests in the form of the cold pressor test.

The working principle of the Bio-Well device is observed in the article. Bio-Well is a new generation of devices for determination of human psychophysiological state by gas-discharge visualization method. The principles of the system organization are discussed and the fundamental scheme of the experimental data processing, realized on the cloud Internet technology, is observed. It is shown, that the Bio-Well device possesses a good reproducibility of the main parameters of the gas-discharge glow. This device is portable and can be used in the field. The serial Bio-Well production was established, it is popular among doctors of allopathic and integrative medicine in more than 70 countries around the globe.

Synthesis principles of semiconductor nanocrystals suitable for application as markers in bio-medical investigations are observed. Ways for reduction of nanocrystals toxicity are presented and a comparison between nanocrystals with traditional organic fluorophores being used for staining of biological tissues during confocal microscopy studies is drawn.

The technology of manufacture of microactuators based on ionic polymer metallic composites with metal electrodes, obtained by chemical reduction of the salt solution is developed. Actuators with platinum copper, copper-gold and copper-platinum electrodes are created. It is shown that the best option is platinum electrodes deposited by reduction of platinum salts. Other variants have shown the fragility. Preparation of electrodes by chemical reduction of platinum possible to increase the speed and durability, improve mechanical characteristics and efficiency and reduce the control voltage of an order of magnitude compared with the electrodes obtained by ion plasma deposition. The thickness and morphology of the surface of the platinum electrodes were investigated by means of optical, scanning electron and atomic force microscopy. Actuators based on ionic polymer-metal composites are technological, energy efficiency, developing great efforts and provide significant displacement and therefore can be used as propulsion for biomimetic micro robotic systems.

The current state and the development prospects of the flexible architectural photonics main directions such as smart glass, OLED-illumination and solar energy are described. There are analysed the main trends of the development of the hybrid multifunctional devices of flexible photonics as a constituent part of “smart” buildings and “smart” cities comfortable environment intellectual systems. There are presented technical, economical and social aspects that attend the comfortable habitat forming in the course of the modern megapolises development.
