Methods determination of rheological properties of high-temperature tests twined The methodology and the results of an experimental study of the thermal effect during high temperature torsion test of titanium alloys and heat-resisting alloys specimens are presented. Calculation of temperature of surface layer of machined part during hole burnishing The article describes theoretical position using calculation of temperature of surface layer of machined part during hole burnishing taking info account the volumetric heat sources. Analyzed the following heat sources: a source of heat generated in the core zone of plastic deformation dominates allowance; the heat source from the leading plastic deformation; a heat source in the con- tact zone of the cylindrical mandrel a ribbon with the treated surface. The calculation is made taking into ac- count the temperature properties of processed and in- strumental materials, dimensions and geometry of the tool. The results of calculation of temperature in the surface layer of the parts for the specific processing conditions are shown. Improving the efficiency of the technological process of manufacturing of internal threads in the products of mining machines In the present article deals with the issue of increasing the efficiency of the process of manufacturing of internal threads in the products of mining machines. As the analysis, the researchers of this topic isolated by tapping as the most common , the most effective and of- ten the only possible method of cutting . However, tap- ping taps often have to deal with the dimensional instability that usually depends on the dimensional stability of thread-cutting tools. In this regard, in order to increase the dimensional stability before the tool serves threading tap handle by magnetic abrasive polishing. That method allows changing the state of the cutting edges and the working surfaces of the cutting tool. Increa- sing the accuracy and quality of manufacturing in technological process of precision surfaces of cylinders shaft lining based on local thermal influence In the present article deals with the issues of improving the quality and accuracy of processing in the process of manufacturing hydraulic cylinders of mining equipment, through the creation of local heat metastability. Creating a local inhomogeneous structure is carried through the heating of the steel billet surface by electrical brushes above the phase transition point. When crossing the plane of the cutting area with the local thermal impact is a change in quasi-elastic and dissipative properties of the chip formation process, which leads to the suppression of the self-oscillation process occurring in the technological system. The expense of it set are achieved in the technological process quality of roughness and form accuracy of precision surfaces. Improving machining precision of the powered support unit hydraulic cylinder critical surfaces on the basis of vibration resistance lathe tool system The main type of damage powered supports unit is a problem with sealing and leaks in hydraulic cylinders power system. The reason of leakage directly related to the precision machining of critical inner surfaces (of the hydraulic cylinder, gland bush) and outer surfaces (of the piston and connection rod). Dependent of its condition the maintenance intervals and service intervention to the mining equipment will be executed. As a result of the modernization of gear hobbing machine, it is possible to improve the performance of manufacturing parts, such as shaper cutters. This concept of modernization of the machine allows to make quick changeovers by changing the copier. This saves all the settings for processing cylindrical and helical gears. It suffices to establish the copier with a straight profile. The authors of this method have a patent for the invention of the Russian Federation 2508969, IPC B23F5 / 20. Fore- casting of dynamic quality of spindle hydrostatic bearings at the consideration of energy processes The great influence on process of cutting operation and dynamics of machine-tool is provided by its major ma- chine units, such as the primary drive and a spindle block. In work the device of complex researches of influence of energy processes on dynamic characteristics of spindle hydrostatic bearings with use of a software package of the high «MATLAB&Simulink» level is considered. The library on the basis of the developed models and programs allowing to carry out modeling of the processes happening in a bearing pad bearing, to receive energy characteristics at different speeds of a spindle and to evaluate them by the corresponding criteria is described. The option of increase of dynamic quality of a control system and feature of the choice of parameters of correction in the field of high dynamic quality is offered.
