Investigation of the possibility of withdrawal control during deep holes with small diameters and heightened relative length drilling processes Based on deep hole with small diameter (less than 30 mm) and heightened (more than 100) relative length withdrawal process formation dynamical model, authors’ contribution into elaboration and improvement of which is significant, analysis, is suggested to use the law of withdrawal process formation detected — existence the descending part on the withdrawal during drilling length curve — as fundamental of withdrawal control system. The fundamental character of control system model is a necessary condition of it’s work stability, and constructive realization possibilities limitation by existent science and technics progress level is overcome by empiric correction of drilling process parameters by feedback link, which is tracking the real withdrawal process formation dynamics. Imitation modelling, using available experimental data, results obtained indicate sufficiently (for the investigated class of products) high reliability and efficiency of elaborated by authors withdrawal control algorithm. Keywords: deep holes drilling, holes with small diameters and heightened relative length, withdrawal control, withdrawal control algorithm, withdrawal control system, simulation. Yurkevich V. Technology of creating miscrostructures on the surface of sheet materials This paper describes a method for creating a surface microrelief with fiber laser on the surface of the rolling shaft and further transferring the resulting figure to the sheet material. An embossing node of metals with different thicknesses and densities was also modeled. Additionally, transfer quality of deep relief (2 mm) was analyzed and complexities of figure transferring to the thin sheet material (foil) were formulated in this work. The dependence of the transferred volume image quality on the characteristics of the embossing node materials was found as well. The complicated polygraphic figures, such as logos, were created on the surface of rolling shaft and imprinted on the thin sheet material. Such metals as lead, aluminum and brass were used as an experimental samples. Keywords: microstructuring, metal surface, fiber la- ser, surface properties, rolling mill, foil. Vostrov V. Internal rolling the involute teeth on powder sintered body The aim of this work is to study the technological properties of gear wheels rolled c profile on a porous sintered workpieces. The use of porous preforms for knurled gear profile has required the development of a new scheme for shaping. The influence of the technological seam allowance on the workpiece on the bending strength of the teeth and the density distribution of the material rolled gears. Defined the metrics precision and surface quality knurled toothed profiles. Keywords: technology, knurling teeth, powder metal- lurgy, material density, microstructure, accuracy, qual- ity of surface. Gorlenko A. O., Topolyansky P. A., Topolyansky A. P. Tribological possible finishing plasma hardening to in- crease the resource of cutting tools The technology of finishing plasma hardening with the application of multi-layer nanocoating Si—O—C—N framework in relation to the hardening of cutting tools. This method relates to chemical processes tubeless coating deposition at atmospheric pressure using a volatile liquid organometallic compounds and gases with simultaneous activation of the surface by the plasma arc. The general requirements for the wear-resistant coatings in accordance with the basic mechanisms of wear of cutting tools. We investigated the effect of «healing» of defects from the previous abrasion, tribological characteristics of the coating. The results of industrial testing technologies finishing plasma hardening of cutting tools. Structural transformations during heat treatment of cast corrosion-resistant martensitic steel The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties and the ratio of the structural components of the casting corrosion-resistant martensitic steel 06Х15Н4ДМЛ were studied. As a result of comparison of the mechanical properties and metallographic investigations conducted by EBSD established that the optimal structure of steel, which provides high strength, ductility and toughness, is a fine tempered martensite with a low content of residual austenite. The optimum heat treatment regime for massive castings was defined: hardening at 1040 °C and double tempering at 610 °C. Keywords: propellers, blades casting, casting corrosion-resistant steel, martensitic steel, retained austenite, d-ferrite. Zaydes S. A., Gorbunov A. V., Ngyen H. V. Technological support of the hardened shafts shape stability The article deals with the question about the technological possibility of increasing the hardened long-measured shafts’ shape stability. The roller’s construction, which is based on the use of centrifugal forces to act on a deforming tool, is proposed as an effective tool for the finishing- strengthening processing by surface plastic deformation. The results of the experimental determination by X-ray method were shown, because the product shape stability largely depends on the process of residual stress. The influence of the roller’s rotation frequency on magnitude of residual stress in the hardened shafts’ surface layers was set. Keywords: non-rigid shaft, centrifugal roller, residual stress, rotation frequency. Gotsiridze A. V., Kedo L. D., Ludzskaya E. I., Martynov K. V. Studying the effects of weak magnetic fields on the structure of samples from submicron po ders titanium dioxide The object of research is the microstructure of ceramics based on titanium dioxide, after the magnetic expo- sure. The purpose of the study of the impact of weak magnetic fields on the microstructure of ceramics based on submicron titanium dioxide powder. Using atomic force microscopy investigated Microsections samples subjected to the effects of a weak static magnetic field at different stages of production. The maximum change in the microstructure are marked by double impact: after annealing, and after sintering. The changes correlate with an increase in the apparent density of the material.
