Bezjazychnyi V.F., Fomenko R. N. Technological as­surance of performances of GTE

Article describes the technique of assignment of pro­cessing conditions providing quality parameters required of surface layer during the machining, as well as cal­culation the values of performances based on available quality parameters of surface layer and cutting modes. Processing conditions (cutting modes, geometric param­eters of cutting tool) can be determined with the function of quality parameters of surface layer (residual stresses, degree of hardening and roughness of surface machined, physical and mechanical properties of the processed and tool materials, dimensions of details and the cutting tool) and precision machining. Task solution made using the provisions of similarity theory of cutting processes. The dependence between values of performances and process­ing conditions, as well as quality parameters of surface layer is determined. The dependences for calculation en­durance limit of part material, wear resistance and con­tact stiffness of contact surfaces of parts are shown. The algorithms for the calculation of quality parameters of surface layer corresponding processing conditions, as well as cutting modes providing required contact stiff­ness are shown.

     Vereschaka A. S. , Lytkin D. N. Effect of the substrate on the operability of the coated cutting too

     The industry's need to increase the wear resistance of carbide cutting tools poses specific challenges for sci­ence. One of the solutions, which is the use of nanostruc­tured multilayered composite coatings. The carried out researches and the data of other authors show that the process of increasing wear resistance of carbide cutting tools is not only to develop rational coatings, but more to combine the properties of carbide substrates and coat­ings applied to it. In connection with this, increasing the wear resistance of the blade carbide cutting tool should be considered as a complex task of searching for a rational combination of substrate and coating.

    This paper presents the technology of electrohydrau­lic forming for a sylphon from a welded tube billet made of a stainless steel (12Х18Н10Т) with 0.6 mm thickness. Regarding a relatively simple shape of the sylphon, the first considered choice was the manufacturing with a co­axial arrangement of the working electrodes. However, the results of the workpiece forming simulation, which has been performed using the finite-element LS-DYNA® 971 code, show that even when the workpiece fills the die profile incompletely, the strain paths for separate points of the workpiece overstep the bounds of a forming limit diagram. This can be explained by the inertia of a flange of the workpiece in axial direction. So the forming with a coaxial discharge chamber has been proposed: the dis­placement of the flange to an axial direction has been ex­ecuted using an electrohydraulic press effort, and when the stamping parts were united, an additional forming and calibration of the workpiece has been performed by the impulse pressure in the water.

     Nosenko V. A., Avilov A. V., Nosenko S. V., Bakh-mat V. I. The research of transfer titanium, zirconium, and molybdenum on the silicon carbide after microcutting

The results of the study the surface of the silicon car­bide crystals after mikrocutting titanium, zirconium, and molybdenum at a speed of 60 m/s. Simulation of surface grinding was performed by specially prepared silicon carbide crystals, sharpened to a cone with an apex angle of 120°. The state of the silicon carbide surface and the metal adhering investigated on two-beam scanning elec­tron microscope Versa 3D. The concentration of the met­al on the surface of the silicon carbide was determined by the local micro X-ray analysis. It shows features of the formation of the wear area after mikrocutting met­ als and their transfer to the surface of the crystal. The main type of silicon carbide’s wear after mikrocutting titanium and zirconium is chipping micro volumes of the crystal. Molybdenum is able to penetrate into the micro­cracks formed on the surface of silicon carbide.

Shakhnazarov K. Y. Anomalies plasticity brass, bronze, silumin, duralumin and annealed steel, as a result of qual­itative changes in crystallization interval

Plasticitys anomalies of single-phase structure of structure of brass with ~ 32 % Zn, cast with ~ 8 % Sn and annealed with ~ 13 % Sn tin bronzes, silumins before modification with ~ 12 % Si and after modification with ~ 14 % Si, aged duralumin with ~ 6 % Cu and annealed steel with ~ 0,5 C as a result of qualitative changes of crystallization ranges extension along the temperature are confirmed by comparison of anomalies with equilib­rium and njn-equilibrium phase diagrams Cu с Zn, Cu – Sn, Al – Si, Al – Cu, Fe – C. In this work — on the basis of anomalies — declared interim phase in the most com­mon alloys — brass, bronze, silumin, duralumin and steel.

     Maksarov V. V., Keksin A. I. Technological improve­ment of the quality of geometrically-comlex surfaces by magnetic abrasive polishing

    In presented article deals with the issues related to technological improvement of the quality of geometrically complex surfaces. As technological method of formation of surface’s quality characteristics is used a process of magnetic abrasive polishing, which is the most effective method, allowing to process complex surfaces of the parts. There are results of experimental researches, which show the influence of technological parameters of magnetic abra­sive polishing on quality parameters of complex surfaces.
