The grinding cycle for external grinding with longitudinal feed in different sections of the machined surface includes different types of grinding and non-uniform cyclicity of the longitudinal feed. These effects, which causes instability of processing conditions and properties of the machined surface. Also, high cutting forces, which increase error levels in dimensions of the surface profiles. We need a complete calculation of the actual feeds and radiuses Workpiece this very necessary to conduct separately in reverse and non-reversible zones.

Aksenov L. B., Kunkin S. N. Machines and technologies of axial local deformation

Rotary forging is a relatively new manufacturing process with potential for cost-effective applications. The idea of rotary forging was appeared in the early 20th century. Currently, machines for rotary forging are manufactured in all industrialized countries and used worldwide in industry. Technological capabilities of machines for rotary forging are determined by the kinematic schemas of these machines, which very differ. However, not all potential schemes machines, which defined by the motion of forming tool, are actually in using. Presented morphological analysis of rotary forging machines demonstrates the variety of machines. It gives an opportunity to find optimal design for machine, based on the geometry of the manufactured parts that provides the greatest efficiency of production.

Afanasyeva L. E. Microstructure of NiCrBSi coating after laser cladding and laser remelting

NiCrBSi coating on steel 30 was prepared by the method of laser cladding process. The cladding was performed making use of the multichannel (40 rays) continuous СО2 laser radiation. The prepared samples were examined metallographically. It is shown that at optimal regimes a practically free-pore condition of the coating is formed with minimal root penetration ensuring metallurgical fusion. The laser cladding with the exploitation of multichannel СО2 laser provides a possibility to prepare highquality wear-proof coating because, in contrast to single ray lasers, it provides high uniformity of integral heat distribution in the processing zone.

Bezjazychnyj V. F. Сalculation of quality parameters of the surface layer after machining

The calculated determination of the parameters of the surface layer quality (residual stresses, the degree and depth of hardening in the surface layer, the height of the microroughnesses in the surface layer), a feature of which is the account of the simultaneous impact on the surface layer of both force and thermal phenomena in the cutting zone, is presented. Heat fluxes (planar and volumetric) are studied, and temperatures in the surface layer of the part are determined. Calculated dependences for determination of parameters of surface layer quality or suitable cutting conditions when machining by cutting tool (turning, milling, burnishing holes), also by grinding.

Sharapova D. M., Pryakhin E. I., Startsev V. N. Structuring and modeling of processes of local short-term heating in relation to the arc welding and repair technology welded joints

The mathematical model of multi-pass arc welding, based on physical processes, taking into account phase transitions at melting, solidification and evaporation of metal was elaborated. The developed model allows to evaluate the influence of welding parameters, sequence of welding passes, design and dimensions of the structure and heating conditions on the thermal cycle which determines mechanical properties and structure of the metal in the weld zone and in heat-affected zone. The developed mathematical model was applied to the calculation of thermal cycles in multi-pass welding sheet material, low carbon and low alloy steel with a thickness of 20 mm with a V-shaped groove of the joint.

One of the key criteria for the competitiveness of knowledge-based and multi-nomenclature enterprises is the duration of the cycle of design and technological preparation of production, in which the time of the withdrawal of a new product to the market plays a key role. The article deals with the ontological structuring of the design of an aircraft and technological equipment using the example of an assembly device, as well as the ways of using parallel engineering to shorten the cycle of designing a maintenance service.
