Technological residual stresses and their deforming capacity during cutting The parameters of the diagram of technological residual stresses and their integral characteristic in the form of deforming ability, which is considered as a measure of elastic aftereffect, are considered. The schematization of the deforming capacity of technological residual stresses in the magnitude and direction of action in relation to the products of the rod type on the example of a wide beam is performed. Keywords: technological residual stresses, deforming ability, cutting treatment, elastic aftereffect. Sitamov E. S., Mokritskii B. Ya. Results of comparative investigation of wear-resistance of meldomed tools for stainless steel processing Selection and acquisition of a rational grade of tool material of metal-cutting tools for stainless steel processing is difficult due to the fact that the catalogs contain averaged information without specifying the grade of stainless steel. For some grades of steel, even such a choice of domestic tools is impossible due to the fact that the previously developed recommendations are not applicable due to the fact that either there is no such tool manufacturer, or such tool material is discontinued due to circumstances. The transition to foreign tool material is also fraught with overestimated parameters of the cutting mode with high tool cost. The results of the comparative evaluation of wear resistance of some carbide tool materials in relation to the turning of specialized stainless steel brand . 09Х17Н7Ю, there are no foreign analogues. Keywords: wear, life, rational tool material. Shalamov V. G., Plaxin A. V., Smetanin S. D. Modeling of element chips at rotary milling The main limiting factor in the development of additive technologies is the high cost of metal powders. The rotary milling is one of the methods of obtaining powders in the form of chip elements. The chip element produced by rotary milling has a complex shape and is characterized by different sizes. In the simulation the length of the element chip to a different extent influenced by 11 parameters. Plakett-Berman’s plans were used to highlight the significantly influencing factors. The Fisher criterion was used to evaluate the adequacy of the regression equation. As a result, an adequate empirical mathematical model for determining the length of the chip element in the form of an algebraic polynomial is obtained. Keywords: rotary milling, experimental planning method, chip element. Chirkova O. S., Konchus D. A., Sivenkov A. V. Effect of laser marking on the surface properties of 08Х18Н10 steel The effect of laser marking with QR-code on the surface properties of 08Х18Н10 steel was investigated. The possibility of estimating the image contrast with the use of a profilometer has been determined. It is revealed that the code contrast increases with increasing surface roughness. Dependence of the image contrast on the roughness of QR-code elements is shown. Color staining of code elements has a greater effect on contrast than roughness. With the use of profilograms, the furrowed structure of the marked surface of steel and its features (the scattering of boundaries, the distance between the furrows) were investigated. Keywords: QR-code laser marking, surface properties, contrast, roughness, profilogram. Sharifullin S. N., Topolyansky P. A., Ermakov S. A., Topolyansky A. P. Finish plasma hardening and reconditioning of parts of fuel equipment The applicability of thin-film coatings for hardening and restoring fuel equipment parts (in particular, Common Rail fuel injection systems) has been considered, owing to their critical wear of 0,2–5 μm. Operation conditions and wear mechanisms of fuel equipment parts have been given. The methodology for selection of technologies for surface modification and coating application concerning the stress-strain properties of the surface layer has been considered. There have been given the specific features of measuring the stress-strain properties — hardness, modulus of elasticity, elastic recovery, as well as criteria for wear resistance of surface layers and coatings — according to the index of plasticity and closeness of the elasticity moduli of the coating and substrate. The stress-strain characteristics of the diamond-like coating of DLCPateks of a-C:H/a-SiOCN system, deposited using the final plasma hardening have been presented. This process can be recommended to harden and restore parts of fuel injection equipment. Keywords: nanoindentation, coatings, finish plasma strengthening, DLCcoatings, Common Rail, repairs. Shchipachev A. M. Optimum conditions of turning and surface plastic deformation determination with an account of technological heredityo The problem of technological supplying of durability is researched. Herewith, the influence of surface layer quality parameters is need to concern and to research, what methods, treatment regimes, instruments supplies a required quality parameters. In optimization problem the criteria is fatigue durability, parameters of optimization are treatment regimes. An account of technological heredity is need also. A selection of optimal turning and subsequent surface plastic deformation regimes (finishing and strengthening stage of technological treatment route ) is researched. The optimal regimes were found as a result of fatigue tests of samples, which where treated with various turning and subsequent surface plastic deformation regimes. And also calculated values of fatigue durability on the base of the formula, derivated by the author were determined. The compare of calculated and experimental values took place. Keywords: technical heredity, durability, surface layer, surface plastic deformation, turning, optimization, reliability. Zaterukha E. V., Lobov V. A., Semenov A. G. Study of mechanical properties of bimetals at different heat treatment modes The article presents the results of the study of the formed mechanical properties of bimetals during various annealing modes. The obtained results are necessary for the purpose of heat treatment modes in the manufacture of metal elements of cartridges (sleeves and shell shells). Bimetals are widely used in cartridge-sleeve production, replace expensive and scarce brass alloys, while not inferior to them in basic operational requirements (rigidity, strength, resistance to corrosion) and have relatively high technological properties (stamping, hardening). Keywords: bimetal, recrystallization annealing, mechanical properties, tensile tests. Maksarov V. V., Kosheleva E. V., Vazhenin А. Y. Technological supply of quality of precision surfaces of parts such «bodies of rotation» from titanium alloys The article considers the actual problem of quality assurance and precision manufacturing of precision surfaces of details like “bodies of rotation” made of titanium alloys. A preliminary local plastic deformation method with subsequent machining has been proposed that allows to provide the required characteristics of the shape of details. The results of simulation modeling of the machining process are presented. The dependencies of the influence of the metastable zone on the dynamic characteristics of TSMO are established. The results of experimental studies of the effect of local plastic deformation on the durability of the cutting tool and the accuracy and quality of the parts are presented. Keywords: technological process, preliminary local plastic deformation, machining of titanium alloys, dynamic stability of the technological system, roughness, manufacturing accuracy. |
